The NC Department of Administration provides information, resources, forms, and statistics relating to homeschooling in North Carolina.

North Carolinians for Home Education (NCHE) was founded in 1984 by homeschool parents in order to protect the right to educate their children at home. NCHE has advanced legislation that has made it easier for more families to homeschool and continues to vigilantly watch our legislature for any threats to homeschooling. NCHE also provides resources for families to make their homeschool journey as rewarding as possible.

Home School Legal Defense Association (HSLDA) passionately advocates for the freedom to homeschool and offers support for every stage of your homeschool journey.
