Take Control of your wellness in the new year by joining us for an 8-week class!
This program teaches strategies for participants to develop and implement lifelong habits that include healthy eating and physical activity as part of chronic disease prevention.
Take Control encourages participants toward a healthy lifestyle through goal setting, planning, taking, action, tracking and reflection. Each 1-hour session include a sample of a recipe that reinforces the topic of the week.
