The library has a number of rooms available for public use. These rooms are able to be reserved in advance by speaking with one of our staff at the information desk or by calling (336) 838-2818.
Friends of the Library Meeting Room: The FOL Meeting Room is WCPL's largest room and is great for bigger functions anticipating around 10-45 people. This room is on the first floor behind the staircase. The FOL Meeting Room has a projector and sound system installed, so it's ideal if your needs include broadcasting a Zoom meeting or showing a film, for example.
Conference Room: The conference room is upstairs and is furnished with a conference table and office chairs. It comfortably fits around eight or nine people and is perfect for medium-sized meetings.
Tutor Room: The tutor room is our smallest room available and is ideal for two to four people. This space is great for one-on-one meetings and has a desk with a couple of chairs. It is located on the second floor beside the elevator.
In addition to these rooms, there are a number of tables and chairs throughout the library at which patrons are welcome to set up personal devices and do some work or reading.
The library also provides exam proctoring services. There is a fee of $10 per exam (prior authorization required). Please contact the information desk to set up a proctor.
