eBooks on EBSCOhost for Nook & Other ePub Readers
1) Create an EBSCOhost account if you have not already done so. Follow these instructions on how to do this.
2) Install Adobe Digital Editions on your computer and authorize your computer with your Adobe ID. Visit this website to download the free software and to set up your Adobe ID.
3) On a computer, use your browser to access eBooks on EBSCOhost. You can access this collection through your library’s website, or via nclive.org.
4) Click on the title you wish to view to see the details for that title. Then click the "Download This eBook (Offline)" link at the left to begin the checkout and download process.
5) If you have not already signed into your EBSCOhost account, you will be prompted to do so.
6) Once signed in, click the "Checkout & Download" button.
7) If you have installed Adobe Digital Editions and authorized your computer with your Adobe ID, your downloaded eBook should open automatically in Adobe Digital Editions.
8) Plug your Adobe Digital Editions compatible device into your computer’s USB port (a Nook shown in the example below). The device will appear in on the left. Drag the book over to your device icon and the book will transfer.
